My WEEKLY discount is 40% off and MONTHLY is 50% ! -WHEN AVAILABLE Love hosting. If I was an absent host I wouldn't do this. Just a few blocks away from the Gay strip, bars, clubs, restaurants/ grocery store, etc. Bathhouse is 7 minutes ride. DAL airport 7 min/DFW 20 min.

Updated spacious condo. I crash in the den sofa-bed, super comfortable, separated from bedroom completely, but is a shared area, so don't be a stranger! The bathroom is right in front of your bedroom door. Always freshly dry cleaned goose down comforters for your comfy night sleep.

Ussualy have 2 or 3 choices of shampoo, hair conditioner, shaving cream, new toothbrush, new razors, and body wash, so no fuzz. Surveillance cameras outside the entire complex. No corfue of course.

Experienced host with 240 guests here and 350 from the other B&B, from 49 countries. No overnight visitors unless agreed due to responsibility for any damages or lost items since I do not charge ********. Drinking is cool/smoking cigarettes outside discreetly due to regulations. The smell bothers others. Sorry. Coffee, tea, bottled water, basic morning BKF (let me know=done), on the house. Kitchen available for LIGHT cooking. Free use of fridge/ pantry.

Dress code is up to you. Catsuit, gym shorts, boxers, jock straps/ bikinis/ birthday suits! An all male comfortable household!

Please do not hesitate to let me know and ask questions, I don't judge and respect everyone's preferences, likes/ lifestyles. As long as we keep a relaxed, quiet, open minded, unhibited yet respectful atmosphere.

-Only open the calendar here and there for close dates and usually not for the future long time from now. Can't plan ******** happening then. I live in the present mode.

Close to all Downtown Dallas attractions, trendy uptown with great nightlife/ restaurants. The Gay strip with all the bars and clubs are walking distance from here (4 blocks). Bathhouse is 7 min ride. Bus stop half a block away going in every direction every 20 min, light rail station is 5 min ride. 4 restaurants literally right behind the building. Asian fusion/ Sushi, Sam's pizza and pasta, Subway, Dickey's BBQ and many more. Uber/Lift average waiting time here 2-7 min. Love Field airport 6 min ride, DFW 20 min. Roger is the best host! He knows how to take care of a guest and ensure their stay is perfect. I would highly recommend this stay if you want to have an excellent experience and be super close to the strip. 5 stars!!!

Roger has a beautiful home! I enjoyed my stay and felt very welcome. I even got to attend a birthday party for one of Roger's friends which was awesome! I would stay again in the future

Rog was a great host. Great communication, very respectful, and helped me make the most out of my trip by recommending the good spots in town. He made sure that I had the best stay possible and I did. The apartment was cozy and clean and the room was extremely comfortable. Also, the apartment is extremely close to most of the good bars and clubs in the city. Could not have asked for a better host and place to stay at.

Roger is a fantastic human! From the moment I reached out to reserve the place, he was communicative, such that by the time I landed in Dallas, I felt like I was off to visit a friend. He is welcoming and generous, and we ended up sharing life stories and favorite songs until 3am! The room is clean and quiet, such that I could work from his home comfortably too. Lastly, he introduced me to "hidden door", an awesome gay bar. Thank you Rog for making my Dallas visit so welcoming!
