Welcome to Grandview House, one of St. Petersburg's oldest and most well-preserved homes. Boasting over 4200 square feet, the house consists of 4 bedrooms and 2 and a half bathrooms, a deluxe kitchen with butler's pantry, art on every wall, a living room, an art studio, an office and a gentlemen's/games/music parlor.
Outside is an extra lot with a pergola and seating. Out front, vegetable gardens buzzing with pollinators like bees and butterflies. Two large patios upstairs and ********nstairs.
The space
Bryce and Ryan have a museum quality art and design collection. The collection is in every room of the house and you get to live among it during your stay! The house is quite large by Florida standards and has verandas on every level just perfect for sipping wine and getting some sunshine while reading your book.
Downstairs you'll find a large kitchen with butler's pantry and just about every gadget you can imagine to make any kind of meal you can imagine and an extra beer fridge)! A large dining room with original built-ins is off the kitchen and it has generous seating for 8, a vintage record player and a wine fridge.
Also downstairs is the living room with huge wrap-around couch looking at a 70 inch TV with all the streaming apps and live TV you could desire. all of these rooms are connected by large hallways filled with art from the 1940s to the 1980s. Off the hallway from the living room is the gentlemen's parlor with a private selection of bourbons (we might share!) and collection of native American and pre Columbian pottery. Best of all is an original Edison phonograph and a huge player piano from 1927. Lots of card and board games - it's the perfect room to unwind before bed.
Your room is the largest room in the house. It has a queen sized bed with premium bedding and mattress, a dresser drawer, a large couch with ottoman, a minibar (Yes! You can store your drinks and snacks in your own minibar), a 50 inch TV and TV stand with all the streaming apps and live TV and a suite of abstract work from leading artists of the 20th century on every wall.
Guest access
Guests are welcome pretty much all of downstairs, two of the rooms are offices so Ryan pretty much claims his office to work with his real estate, the other is Bryce's Art studio with an open door and he doesn't mind company or if someone wants to use his desk for a bit to do work in they are welcome. downstairs still has the large kitchen and butler's pantry, dining room, living room, half bathroom and gentlemen's parlor with games and music devices like a player piano. There's is also a screened in porch downstairs looking at the backyard.
Upstairs are two outdoor porches/verandas that run the entire length of the house at the front and back of the the house. The guest room are all upstairs as is our bedroom. We will never book any other guests in the other rooms. It'll always just be you and us - not other guests in at the same time. You also have your own brand new bathroom across the hall from your room. There are two other guests rooms upstairs which we pretty much use for family and holiday company, one is decorated for kiddos like our nieces and nephews who visit occasionally.
We have an entire second lot that is fenced in where there is a large pergola with outdoor lounges and seating around a teak table where you can dine al fresco!
Other things to note
We have animals! Two dogs, a Springer Spaniel named Murphy and a terrier mix named Frodo. We also have 2 adopted cats named Boris and Natasha!

Most of the gay bars and clubs are downtown on Central Avenue. The house is located about 1.25 miles from downtown. It's usually a 10-12 dollar Uber ride to get to Cocktail, Enigma, The Garage or Lucky Star.

Be an awesome, be respectful of our place. Please no strangers outside of your own party. Maybe if you ask like you have friends visiting. But we have a lot of expensive and fragile art and antiques. This is not a party house. We will help you find anything you are looking for or need around town. We have cats and dogs. You can close your door and easily keep them out. They don't typically go in your room.
