Here are some important things to note: - PET POLICY: A- We allow a maximum of 1 pet unless otherwise discussed. B- A $35 pet fee per night is required. You will have access to the following: 1- A folding crate (36.5 x 23.25 x 24.75 inches. Please fold after use and watch your fingers while folding/unfolding) 2- A bed 3- Waste bags 4- Leash 5- Food/ water bowls 6- Towels (please use the grey ones for your pet) 7- Treats 8- Dogs must be crated if you are away 9- There is a couch cover in the TV console if needed for your pet - SMOKING: Smoking of any type is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. Smoke smells or other evidence of smoking will result in extra fees or loss of ********. - SECURITY: Security cameras are present around the exterior of the property. - HOUSE RULES: A- Candles aren't allowed. B- For stays that are 28 days or longer: 1- A cleaning fee of $150 will be charged (the difference will be requested) 2- Pet fee is $200 3- Background check and a lease might be required Finally, I live on the property and would love to help with anything you need.
