Nice spacious room with lots of natural light. The full-sized bed is super comfortable - the mattress is a Westin Heavenly Bed! There is a tv in the guest bedroom. There is 1 shared bathroom with a rain shower. You also have access to the large apartment- huge living room, dining room, and kitchen. Can accommodate up to 3 guests (twin blow up mattress available if needed). My place is on the second floor, so please know that you have a flight of stairs when entering/exiting. There is a small outdoor space with a patio table and chairs (where smoking would be allowed). The location can't be beat! Enjoy all the vibrant Andersonville gay bars and restaurants only 1/2 block away.

I enjoy Chicago and all it has to offer! I particularly like living in the Andersonville neighborhood with all of the shops, restaurants, and bars. Love wine, cooking, good conversation, meeting new people. Fully vaxxed here.

My place is within walking distance of all of the gay bars in Andersonville- Elixir, Replay, Atmosphere, SoFo Tap, Meeting House Tavern, and Wil's. The restaurants (Calo, Lady Gregory's, Taste of Heaven, Little Bad Wolf to name a few!) give you plenty of amazing dining options. And stroll the eclectic antique stores on Clark street for a one of a kind find. Hollywood Beach (Chicago's gay beach) is within walking distance (beach towels/chairs available). The El stop (Red Line) is close by, so very easy to get to Boystown, Wrigley Field, Downtown, or Loyola.

Eric is the best host. Location is great. Bed comfortable. The place is clean. It's a 8-10 min walk to red line. 2min walk to bars- restaurant.

Great place in a perfect location with a friendly and gracious host! Steps away to anything you want to do in Andersonville and 2-10 minutes walking distance to buses and the red line L trains. Eric is a great guy and he will help you make the most of your visit to Chicago!

I had a fantastic stay! The location in Andersonville couldn't have been better—everything was within easy walking distance. The house was beautiful, comfortable, and had everything I needed. Eric was an exceptional host: welcoming, friendly, and even met me out for a cocktail, which made me feel right at home. If you're looking for the perfect place to stay in Andersonville, this is it. I highly recommend it!

10s, 10s, 10s, all across the board. Eric was very communicative via text about how to get in. He gave me lots of space plus lots of tips plus really great places to check out in Andersonville. He was an amazing host. I would not mind staying with him again. I'm looking forward to my next time in Anderson and choosing him to be my host.

Eric couldn't have been a better host! Before I arrive that first night he encouraged me to meet him and his friends at a great drag bar. He is also great for getting recommendations for restaurants/bars. He is very flexible while your schedule. I happened to be in town for a Fraternity reunion. He helped me figure best times to get Ubers to events. I highly recommend staying at his place if you are in Chicago. Andersonville is a true gem and so is Eric!

Had a very comfortable stay! The location was great and made everything super convenient. Eric was incredibly sweet and welcoming throughout the stay. Overall, a wonderful experience and I'd definitely recommend this place! Book it without hesitation!!!!
