1904 Greystone 2 flat gut rehabbed into Single Family Home: Loft style w/ exposed brick & duct work. Home has private GUEST SUITE that sleeps 2-4 persons, Our suite has a private bedroom w/ king bed & Flat Screen TV. The living area has very comfortable queen Tempurpedic topped sleeper sofa, game table w/ 4 chairs, 54" flat Screen TV, full bath, wet bar w/ Keurig coffee maker, sink, mini-fridge, & microwave, and piano. Guests have access to our main home's main kitchen & living Room. Our home has great W-Fi high speed internet access and Comcast/Xfinity platinum Cable Television along with several streaming services including Amazon Prime, Netflix, & Max. Also there is a back yard garden area available for use. Non-smoking (except back yard) Cannabis is ok too, as recreational weed is legal in Illinois. We are a dog friendly household. We do accept dogs with your visit, for additional $25.00 per dog, per night. We have great street parking. As a regular procedure, we do completely clean & sanitize our guest suite between each guest visit.

Gay Married Couple, together 32 years. Me in the Hospitality Staffing Industry for over 45 years, my husband owns a dog walking service for over 18 years now. We love cooking, traveling, snow & water skiing, boating, the beach, clothing optional locations, theater, concerts, sporting events and dining. We have both been involved in the Gay community in Chicago, for many years, sitting on boards for various GLBT Organizations and HIV/AIDS Fundraising Organizations. We own an Australian Blue Heeler Cattle Dog named Eddie, who loves company!!

Boys Town/Wrigley Field/Lakeview neighborhood, is only 6 stops from our Bryn Mawr Exit on the Red Line. Our location is walking distance to many gay bars in our area, which include Touche, Jackhammer, The SoFo Tap, Meeting House Tavern, Granville Anvil, Nobody's Darling, Big Chicks, Two Bears Tavern, The Baton Show Lounge, Atmosphere, & Marty's Martini Bar. Also, there are many shops and great restaurants all our Andersonville/Edgewater Area. Also it is about a 30 min ride on the Red Line to The Congress Hotel, Host for IML. Our location is about the same distance from either O'Hare or Midway Airports

We had the best time staying here. The guys that own the place are knowledgeable about the area and we're always available for questions. The space is clean and well-decorated with the right touch of personal charm. They have a gorgeous home. Their dog Eddie was a sweetheart and so pretty! Fabulous host and a great location. We will return to see our new friends.

We stayed over Pride weekend and had such a fantastic time. Todd and Tripp were great hosts and the space provided was exceptional. Staying here is far better than a hotel, they are located in a great neighborhood within walking distance of nightlife and restaurants. If you want to venture farther the El is just a short walk.

A wonderful home away from home in Chicago. The hosts were extremely friendly and always helpful in providing tips about the city. The space was clean, comfortable, quiet and exactly as pictured. The neighborhood was pretty and close to public transportation as well as the beach. I would definitely stay here again.

The hosts went over and beyond to make sure our visit was memorable. They are very personable and quickly made us feel welcome. Their home and garden are beautiful, lovingly cared for, and comfortable. It easily felt like a home away from home. The hosts are very knowledgeable of and connected to local history, businesses, and culture. There can be no doubt that our experience of Chicago was 600% better because we stayed here. We hope to return soon.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Todd and Tripp's beautiful home. Great location, very friendly and helpful hosts, and the separate downstairs suite is comfortable, beautifully decorated and private.

My stay was absolutely, David was extremely accommodating and was very kind. Their place really tells a story of his and his husbands lives. I would definitely book with David again for future trips

This was absolutely one of the best places I've ever had the pleasure of staying. The hosts were amazing as were their family. It was clean comfortable and looks so much more than the pictures could say. I could really see myself living in a place like this in Chicago. Me and my friends put this place above all others.
