What an amazing place Joe has! Beautiful, beautifully appointed, and such an incredibly friendly and gracious host. And that bed was so comfortable, I forgot to ask him who made it so that I could get one. Look forward to another stay, really grateful he was amenable to a short stay. There are so many wonderful things to say it's honestly hard to start. The space is immaculate. Every corner of the house is designed intentionally. It's clean. It's warm. It's pretty special. But the host is really what makes the stay. Joe is as kind as his reviews say. He connected with me but also left plenty of space when I needed it. I am really grateful to have stayed in this sanctuary

Joe's space is absolutely incredible. Giving off a masculine industrial modern feel while still cozy warm and welcoming. The location sits in a lovely quiet neighborhood and only being a couple of blocks from the red line. But the best part of this stay is the incredible host Joe, he's kind warm welcoming spirit, his willingness to go above and beyond to offer great customer service allowing you to feel welcomed and comfortable this is superpower. I can't wait to book with Joe in the future he's definitely in my top three best hosts I've ever had with Mr B&B.

Came into Chicago for 4 days of busy activity. Fortunately, had the best host with an ideal home to share. The condo is bright with great windows but still offers super privacy and a great environment. Perfect for escaping. The host as good as they come. Caring, responsive, problem solving. Will be back.
