In accordance with our agreement with the building’s management company, upon booking we will ask you to sign a Temporary Occupancy Agreement via Docusign, as well as for a copy of your ID, and your email address. This is a safe area of town, but it is in a capital city. That means that you may hear normal city noises, like homeless people, traffic, garbage trucks, a train, or aircraft. We do provide earplugs for this reason. This space is available for events and parties, by booking through ********. Although we have never had an issue, it is recommended to lock your car doors, as well as the apartment doors. There are several furniture and decor pieces in this apartment that are antique and/or vintage. Thus, they are cosmetically imperfect. They are not dirty; just antique. Any found issues with the property need to be noted within 24 hours of checkin, for any expected remediation to occur. Late Check Out- 30 minutes late, additional $100. More than 1 hour late is an additional night’s stay fee, with no entitlement to the night’s stay. No smoking in the house: neither nicotine nor marajuana nor vaping - $250 fee, PLUS the invoiced amount from an outsourced cleaning company, should they need to ozone the home. Pets are not allowed. Evidence of pets will incur a $350 fee, plus an additional $100 per night. Quiet hours are from 10pm-7am. There are three other apartments in this building. Please let us know immediately of any noise issues with the other tenants. Any damages or mishaps, which lead to a delay in the next guest’s checkin, will incur a fee equivalent to the refund of the next guest. No parties unless booked through Peerspace.
