The apartment is air-conditioned and close to the center.
The apartment gives you easy access to Toulon city center (5-minute walk), Mayol center, stadium, restaurant, gay sauna, beach, theater, concert hall, cinema, port, train station...
Free parking at the bottom of the building or Mayol parking lot (closed, covered and paying).
5th floor with elevator. But there are a few steps to climb, so it's not suitable for disabled people.
This is an air-conditioned T3. Only our bedroom is private. The living room can be converted into an independent bedroom with a 1.40m sofa bed. You'll have a luggage rack and a desk area. Individual air-conditioning. Television and Netflix.
Shared facilities include a 2nd living and dining room, bathroom with rain shower.
Towels are provided, including for the beach.
Naturism is possible and welcome, you do what you want. We practice it according to the weather, our host and our schedule. we are often naked in summer.

Breakfast (tea, coffee...) not necessarily homemade.
We live in the apartment and are therefore present during your stay.
