Monumental penthouse, recently refurbished on the top floor of a vintage high rise building from the 1950s. 2 bedrooms, 2 balconies, full bathroom and almost all conceivable amenities. Wonderfully light place with windows exposed to the sun on three sides of the appartment. Main bedroom with king double bed, second bedroom with a smaller sleeper-couch that fits two non-too-big people.

Very well located. large quiet apartment 24hr concierge, 240m from Republica Metro, nice view of the park, with gaybar on the other side, gym 20m away, , good Italian restaurant on the road next to the park, 24hr coffee ,cafe & patiserie, edgey location & local cafe/bars as well. Fresh Juice bar next to the entrance.
