simple but nice and friendly house, the outside is very cosy. There's everything you need in the house, in the bedroom there are two beds, one 140 and one 160, but I prefer to leave it for two people. you can park your car inside the property. the house is a 10-minute walk from the center of La Teste with its market. The center of Arcachon is 10 minutes away by bike, the Pyla dune is 15 minutes away by car, and the ocean and gay beaches are 20/25 minutes away by car.
A 6-seater spa will be installed in early July.

Fred was very welcoming. His small house is charming and typical of the Arcachon Basin, close to everything without the usual crowds of the basin. In fine weather, you spend most of your time outside where you can relax and have meals in complete peace and quiet. A very good host that we recommend.
