1. We have street parking on the side of the house, park near the tree where the fence is. Be sure to lock your vehicle and remove all valuables. 2. We kindly ask that you remove your shoes before entering the house. 3. When removing makeup, we ask that you please use the makeup wipes provided, so that we can keep our sheets and towels nice and clean! If bedding or towels are stained you will have to pay to replace them. 4. Quiet time is from 11pm-7am; please keep noise levels down during these hours. Please be DISCREET and respectful, the walls are THIN, and sound carries. Remember you are booking a private room in our home and NOT a hotel room! 5. Due to past experience, we have to mention that ALL towels (hand towels, washcloths, bath towels), bedding, pillows, and sheets, must remain on the property. You will be charged for anything that is missing after you've checked out. 6. Please no smoking, drug use, or illegal activity anywhere on the property. If there is evidence of smoking, there will be a charge of $200 to remediate the smell. 7. Please no unannounced or unregistered guests on the property at any time. 8. If you are not 21+, you must be accompanied by a 21+ guest for safety purposes. 9. We reserve the right to verify ID of any person in the booking with a driver's license or passport. 10. As we have a dog on the premise, we are not able to accommodate another pet. 11. No guest access to part of the home marked as private. 12. Lastly, we hope you have a wonderful time and don’t want to go home. Unfortunately, we have another group checking in most times within hours of your departure. Therefore, check-out is promptly at 11AM sharp, unless previously agreed upon otherwise. Thank you for respecting this as it is extremely important for our ability to get ready for our next guests.
