6. DO NOT open any windows as the Air Conditioner (A/C) needs to be ON 24/7. Welcome to one of the hottest and most humid weather in the USA!

7. THIS IS A DRUG-FREE HOME. And that includes marijuana folks! Very respectful, safe, family-oriented area, low-key and considerate neighbors. Definitely a quiet and relaxing neighborhood.
