You will have a private room that has its own bathroom and terrace. The living room, dining room and kitchen, as well as a spacious terrace are located on the ground floor. The PH is located within a complex of only 11 apartments, located in a central area of CDMX, close to neighborhoods such as La Condesa, Roma, Nápoles, Del Valle, Polanco. And of course the #ZonaRosa is 10 minutes away by car, and if you like to walk it's 30 minutes away. The subway, Patriotismo station, is 3 blocks away, also the MetroBus and cycle stations are very close to the property. The PH has a total of 3 totally private bedrooms, only the common areas are shared.
