Vine + Sand: NY Wine Country's Newest and Chicest B&B--Room 3

We're The Bossy Doxie Inn, and are a genuine, licensed B&B and the newest, chicest, B&B on the North Fork. This is your chance to experience this ********-ready, newly renovated B&B soft open. Your comfort and relaxation are our goal; designer flourishes are inside and out, filled with unique all-new furnishings...nothing has been overlooked.

You also will be welcome to our artist Salon, with works displayed from sculpture to paintings to photographs to ephemera.

We're Johnny and Mark, a married gay couple in our early 60s and have settled in the North Fork. Welcome to New York's Napa! We have completely renovated, curated by hotel designers FHS Design. The brand new pool and spa are up and running, as is our private fine arts salon, The Great Room. We're right on the Wine Trail; you can grab one of our new beach cruiser bikes and head out to the wineries or soak up the sun at our private beach, an easy mile away.

We're a gay couple but you should know that our B&B, while adults-only and VERY gay-friendly, is not gay exclusively and we welcome everyone.

The house was originally built in the 1820s and had later additions in the 1850s, 1910s and 1980s. The house has been completely renovated, inside and out, top to bottom, and furnished with casual comfort in mind.

We feature a sumptuous continental breakfast and coffee and tea is always available, as are light snacks and bottled waters in our guest fridge. The guest fridge also offers a storage drawer for each room. You'll also find ice, ice buckets and wine glasses.

In addition to your room and private bath you'll be welcome in our lounge with a seasonal wood-burning fireplace, the great room and outdoor areas including the front porch, the outdoor room with a fire table, the lawns and the expansive pool area.

THE POOL: The seasonal pool, spa and outdoor shower are brand new, and are available from 9am to 10pm. The spa is contained in the pool. All the outdoor water amenities are available seasonally, from May to October.

THE BIKES: Our brand new beltless bikes are free and available on a first come first served basis, and you'll need to sign a waiver and bring your own safety equipment if you think you need it.
