Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This newly renovated guest suite is 1 of 3 backyard apartments at my home. It’s centrally located in a vintage neighborhood where I grew up. The backyard is still a work in progress so please pardon our dust but the apartment itself is cozy & quiet. Only 3 minutes from the hardy toll road 7 minutes north of 610 & a 15 minute drive to downtown. 15 minutes to montrose gayborhood.

If there is smoking inside the house a $200 deep cleaning fee will apply. - Pets allowed if they’re house trained however if there is an accident on furniture or carpet a $200 deep clean fee will apply. - Any permanent stains on towels or linens that need replacement will require an air cover claim for reimbursement.
