- Pets allowed if they’re house trained however if there is an accident on furniture or carpet a $200 deep clean fee will apply. - Events allowed however nothing that is loud or disruptive to neighbors especially past 10pm. - A cleaning fee of $100 will apply if there is a house party or event that requires deep or additional cleaning. - Smoking allowed outside only. If there is smoking inside the house a $200 deep cleaning fee will apply. - Please keep thermostat temperature between 68-74 degrees farenheit whether its on cool or heat to avoid freezing or messing up the hvac system.
