We manage private and common spaces as if they were our own. We are mutually respectful for peaceful, albeit brief, and mutually valued coexistence. Together we ******** the next guest decent spaces as received upon arrival. Decent Noise and Crashes are allowed only until 10 pm. If we use dishes, put them back in the dishwasher the owner will launch the wash cycle in due time. If we make use of household utensils and accessories, after use, let's put them back in the same place from which we took them. If we turn on electronic items, air conditioning and the like, let's remember to turn them off if we are not using them or in any case before leaving the accommodation. Let's help the environment by reducing CO2 production. When we leave, let's close the window frames and remember to always lock the apartment door and the outside door.

Very clean apartment with a very large bedroom. Daniele is a very pleasant host and responsive in his messages. We were welcomed by Max who speaks English perfectly and gave us all the information needed to use the accommodation. There is even a puzzle to pass the time. 100% recommended

Daniele is a delightful, friendly, and helpful person. Contact with him is very easy, and he was very accommodating for both check-in and check-out. The apartment is brand new, well-maintained, and spotlessly clean, with a beautiful bedroom that even has a TV, plus a table that I needed for work. The bathroom and kitchen are also lovely, particularly the shower. He even offered me a herbal tea, and there was a bottle of water in the room, and we had great company - we talked a lot. Should I need to return to Turin, I will definitely come back to him. Thank you for everything, Daniele.

Daniele's apartment on the 6th floor is very beautiful and the guest room is very spacious, bright with its own balcony. Daniele was very helpful and friendly from the beginning and gave me great directions on how to find the apartment. We had good conversations and a wonderful time together with wine, Prosecco and products from Sicily. And Daniele even speaks very good German - heartfelt thanks to Daniele for the wonderful time I was able to spend at your place.

Beautiful place, room/kitchen/bathroom well-maintained for guests. House not far from useful public transport to get around the city center and with convenient parking. Very friendly and kind host, it was a pleasure to have a glass of wine together.
