Do you like peace and quiet and greenery? We've got just what you're looking for! Come and enjoy a double bedroom (160x200 bed) overlooking the garden in a peaceful setting. The bathroom is modern, with walk-in shower, double washbasin and wall-hung toilet. You'll appreciate the relaxing environment for your well-being. You can relax on the flower-filled terrace or sunbathe in the garden. The fully-equipped kitchen area is available if required, as is the comfortable living room.
There's also off-street parking for your car.
Public transport is available via bus line 60, which stops 5 minutes away and takes you to the Trois-cocus metro stop. By car, it's a 20-minute drive to downtown... Don't hesitate to contact us for reservations.

Very nice days spent at Jeff's house. Very nice people with Sylvain. They are very welcoming, we had a nice evening together at a restaurant close to their home. We room is nice and new bed very confortable. The neighbourhood is very quite.

only stayed one night, but Jean-François and Sylvain made it count. Warm welcome, great conversation, and a lovely dinner — thank you again, next time it's on me! The place is cozy and full of character, with two unexpected stars: Nuage and Princess, their adorable chickens. A perfect little stopover with real heart. I left feeling cared for — like a guest, not just a booking. Highly recommend if you want comfort, charm, and a personal touch.

I only stayed one night at Jean François and Sylvain's, however I felt immediately at home in their house. Hosts who are open to dialogue and sharing, smiling and friendly.

Very lovely room in a charming house in a verdant setting. The environment is very calm and bucolic, even though close to the city. The two owners are charming and very welcoming. A pleasant encounter, I recommend this accommodation if you need to spend a night in north Toulouse.
