The Musicians' Quarter is so named because most of its streets are named after famous musicians. It's an area of rich, mainly "belle époque" architecture, with many buildings ******** stone's throw away, you'll find everything you need, from mini-markets to restaurants.
The apartment you'll be staying in is a 37 m2 studio on the second floor of a luxury building, with elevator.
It's very bright and quiet, with a window overlooking a cul-de-sac to the rear. It features a full bathroom with shower, a fully-equipped kitchen and a main living area.
You'll sleep on a real comfortable 140x200 bed.

THE APARTMENT IS STRICTLY NON-SMOKING AND THE TAP WATER IS PERFECTLY SAFE TO DRINK. Thank you for respecting the tranquility of the place and the neighborhood, by reducing noise disturbances. No noise or TV after 11pm. SECURITY APART FROM REGISTERED GUESTS AT THE TIME OF BOOKING WITH US, YOU ARE KINDLY REQUESTED NOT TO INVITE ANYONE WITH YOU INTO THE APARTMENT. THE MAIN DOOR OF THE APARTMENT MUST BE LOCKED AND THE SHUTTERS CLOSED EVERYTIME YOU GO OUT. THE KEYS OF THE APARTMENT SHALL BE AT YOUR DISPOSAL; IN THE EVEN OF A KEY LOSS, YOU WILL BE CHARGED OF THE AMOUNT OF 60 EUROS. You can use all facilities in the studio, but you may not take objects or anything with you. The books are there for your enjoyment, but they should remain in place.
