If you’re searching for a stylish stay in the heart of Houston Heights, look no further. This neighborhood offers it’s own tasty restaurants, relaxing patio bars, trendy coffee shops, and also a social scene of vibrant mixed-crowd bars filled with music. If you're looking specifically for the gay scene, this location is only 6 miles (13 minutes) drive/Uber to Montrose, Houston’s vibrant gayborhood.

With a private exterior entrance and key code, you’ll have unfettered access to the private room without a need to enter the rest of the home.

The space is a 216 sq ft private bedroom with and ensuite full bath, a walk-in closet, a microwave, and a mini fridge. It is located on the first floor of a new construction townhouse in Houston Heights. Although it is on the first floor of living space, you must be able to go up and down an exterior flight of stairs to access the the space.

Other than the main stairwell entrance, this private room is the only space on the first floor. Other renters live on the second and third floor. Keep in mind, because other renters live on the floors above, you may experience some moderate noise from the upper floor living areas.

Starter essentials are provided (coffee, soap, shampoo, toilet tissue, etc.) however these starter supplies may not last for your entire stay. Any essentials needed beyond the starter supply will need to be supplied by the guest.

This space is located in a vibrant area with bars and restaurants. This makes it a great location, but there is also a *potential for noise*. The sounds of nightlife are common, sometimes as late as 2:00 am, particularly on the weekends. During the week, it’s pretty quiet.

Unless there have been prior arrangements and permission from the homeowner, the hot tub located on the back patio is not for guest use.

The back patio area is a shared space. If there is rain or high heat in the forecast, the furniture seat cushions may not be out. Feel free to request them.

I try to be as hands-off as possible when hosting guests, allowing you to come and go as you please and enjoy your stay in peace and privacy. My goal is to make things as easy and unintrusive as possible for you by providing a clean room upon arrival with start-up essentials along with self check-in and self check-out.
