Our 160 sqm rooftop loft is designed regarding the need of long-term guest. It has 1 bedroom, 1 living room, a dedicated working space, a large fully equipped kitchen, winter garden, outdoor dining area and two terraces with 270 degree view over the city.

The flat is in Kurtulus, 5 minutes to the metro line M2, one stop to Taksim by metro and 10 minutes' walk to Nisantasi and Tesvikiye.

There is an elevator in the building, guests must still climb 1 flight of stairs to reach to the rooftop

Our large living room has a large terrace connected to it. There is a wintergarden with a large dining table as part of the combined living room. Our bedroom has a queen size bed and a large wardrobe. There is a covered balcony with view connected to the bedroom. There are mosquito nets and blackouts on the bedroom windows. Our fully equipped kitchen has everything you may need: oven, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, dish washer and all kind of cooking equipment and cutleries. There is an outdoor dining area at our 2nd terrace connected to our kitchen. There is a dedicated workspace with a large desk and a comfy chair.

There are a lot of plants in our flat and they require special care, hence our gardener will be visiting the flat on a regular base. If you also book our housekeeper weekly, the housekeeping and gardening would be in the same day and more practical for you.
