Lovely 5-bed 13 M2 private room for groups and families, decorated in mini New York loft style with indus furniture, a small 90x190x22 cm single bed with firm comfort mattress and great sleeping comfort (June 2024), a 90x190 cm single bunk bed with gray metal base, a gray metal bench-bed with 2-person 120x190 cm bed (new Someo mattress July 2025). New 2 black indus metal bunk beds for children or teenagers or slim adults. Each Italian mattress is 75x190x14 cm, and the bottom bunk gives the impression of a small cabin... Bar table, 3 high stools. Wardrobe with 5 black metal lockers with hanging space in each individual locker and key supplied, green Ikea mirror cabinet with round mirror, large rectangular mirror. The bedroom is closed by an indus wood sliding door on rail, there is a hook system to keep the door closed from the inside. I live on site in the living room with my adorable 5 1/2-year-old cat Jade.

Shared bathroom with new bathtub (September 2024) ideal for baths and showers, WC, large vanity unit with large drawers for beauty products and towels in the large drawer.

For groups of quiet, discreet travelers, the living room is reserved for myself. It's not a shared apartment, with each person having their own private space (me in the living room and you in the bedroom)!
