A bright apartment with 1940s features, a view of the park and what I I like to think is nice decor.

There's two bedrooms, one with a double bed, two small closets and a desk to work at, and another with a double bed and large closet. The apartment has a very well-stocked kitchen, a living area with a comfy couch and big TV, a gorgeous dining room and a pretty bathroom.

There's art on the walls and handicrafts on the tables - all Mexican! - so I hope you'll find the place has a homely feel.

It's a two-bedroom place and you'll have the whole apartment to yourself, as I'll be traveling. The only person you may occasionally see in the common spaces is a friend who's helping me look after my two cats while I'm gone.

Hi, guys! I'm Jim, a Brit who's lived in Mexico for 8 years. In 2023, my passion for Mexican history and culture and dream of being a tour guide lead me to do a Diploma in Mexican Gastronomy, and now I'm giving cooking classes to visitors. I haven't lived in the UK for more than 10 years - before Mexico I was in Egypt, Qatar and Sweden, so I'm a pretty open-minded guy with a lot of stories to tell. Looking forward to meeting you!

I come to Mexico City often and this is my new go to place ... you can't ask for a better host than Jim. Location is excellent and you'll receive all the support you need if you are not familiar with the city or area. Looking forward to returning and knowing I have a new friend in CDMX ( as he now dies in Costa Rica)
