QUIET HOUSE NEAR SENLIS Near Stade de France- Olympic Games

The house is located in Fleurines, a small village nestled in the heart of the Halatte state forest, a former Capetian estate that was long used as a royal hunting reserve. Between forest and countryside, in the Oise-Pays-de-France Regional Nature Park, you'll find plenty of space for hiking, horse-riding and cycling. A day trip to Paris, less than an hour away by car, is also a possibility.

Situated in the heart of the village, the house boasts a large English-style garden of over 2000 square meters planted with roses. This exceptional location ensures privacy and tranquility. Relax in the hammock in the shade of the pear tree, or in the chiliennes under the cherry tree. Lunch or dinner is served outside, weather permitting. Four chickens provide fresh eggs every day and are a delight for children. The garden is completely enclosed.

Built in the style of the 1900s, the 90-square-meter house can accommodate up to four people and two children under 7 in two small beds (60x120) in one of the two upstairs bedrooms. On the first floor, the house has a living/dining room, an office/games room, a small, well-equipped kitchen (induction hob, microwave oven, kettle, dishwasher, fan-assisted oven, Delonghi low-pressure coffee machine, Nespresso machine, blender, juice extractor, toaster...) and bathroom facilities. Upstairs are two bedrooms, each with two king-size beds (180 x 200), and a small bathroom with bathtub. The house offers every modern comfort.

Children's games are available, as is a small wooden house built in the garden. Bicycles for adults and children are available. Childcare equipment (booster seat, step stool, bath bouncer) is available on request.

A municipal open-air swimming pool (open only in summer) in the heart of an old sand quarry surrounded by pine trees is a 10-minute walk from the village, as is an accrobranche (tree-climbing) course.

You're in the south of the Oise département, 6 km from the medieval town of SENLIS, 15 km from CHANTILLY castle, 30 km from Compiègne and 25 mn from ROISSY-CDG AIRPORT.

LA MER DE SABLE is 15 minutes away by car and PARC ASTERIX 17 minutes. PARC DES EXPOSITIONS PARIS NORD VILLEPINTE and PARC DES EXPOSITION PARIS LE BOURGET are less than 30 minutes away.
