Apartment in semi-buried basement with beautiful bay window overlooking garden. More than 40m2 available. A beautiful 27m2 space including a 140cm bed, an office area, a small lounge and a sports area with elliptical bike and rowing machine. A small bathroom with shower and WC. A lovely 15m2 kitchen with kitchenette (sink, 1 removable hob and 1 microwave).

Paris center at 30km. Located in a small, quiet village, 7-minute walk from the train station to Paris in 50 minutes (commuter train).

Roissy 30mn away, also accessible by bus at the end of the street.

Accrobranche on foot in 8mn By car :Chantilly castle (10mn), Royaumont abbey (5mn), l'isle Adam (20mn), Auvers sur Oise (30mn) Parc Astérix (30mn)

Train line to St Denis and Paris The forest at the end of the street for running or walking

Naturism allowed indoors, as there are too many neighbours outside. 2 rooms on this level are private. I'll need to access them through the kitchen, with your permission. What a fabulous find, I was the first guest from Mister B and B. The apartment is recently refurbished to an excellent high standard with everything you need. Communication in advance FAB Cyril was the perfect host even took me to the supermarket, We had a glass of wine together and spent a few hours chatting a out life, work etc. I wouldn't hesitate to go back and recommend. Thank you
