The room is bright and on the first floor, with a view of the street. Shutters and curtains ensure your peace and quiet. The street is busy during the day (it's the city), but quiet at night. Breakfast is included in your rental. A bicycle is also at your disposal, so you can easily get around the city. THE HOUSE The house is a semi-detached townhouse. Completely renovated in 1946. Spacious, comfortable accommodation. SHARED AREAS Single room, with shared access to common areas (living room kitchen bathroom toilet dining room terrace and garden). So you can cook, garden, sunbathe at your leisure. INTERACTIONS The accommodation will be shared with me. I am independent and respect the independence of others. I'll be happy to chat with you if you wish. TO KNOW 3 cats live in the house and outside. The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. NEIGHBORHOOD Neighborhood located behind the train station (7 mn walk from the house). Residential neighborhood. Quiet street with a lot of traffic during rush hours. Free parking, but difficult after 18.00. TRAVEL From the house, the whole of Niort city center is accessible by free bus (15 mn) on foot (20 mn) by bike (5 mn).
