Quiet neighborhood near Bordeaux center, in a free parking zone. Less than 15 minutes from downtown by bus (line 1). Tramway A (to Bordeaux-Mérignac airport) a 12-minute walk away. Train station accessible by bus (line 1 or 9) in less than 40 minutes.

I have a very sociable and cuddly cat. She will certainly approach you. The private areas are closed if you don't want her to visit you.

Really wonderful spot. Lucien's home is beautifully designed and an easy 15-20 minute walk/bus ride from the center of Bordeaux. Lucien is communicative, helpful, and easy to get along with. The room is private and comfortable. Thanks, Lucien!

Lucien's apartment is a beautiful combination of modern and historic - nicely renovated and conveniently located less than a 30 minute walk to the city center or a 15 minute walk to the tram to the airport. The neighborhood is largely residential, but there are shops, groceries, and restaurants not far away. Lucien is very prompt with communication and was very kind and helpful with suggestions. I highly recommend this listing.

Lucien was an amazing host, the place was really nice with very easy access into the city centre either by bus or foot. Would definitely recommend and would use again if going back to the city!

Very warm welcome from Lucien upon our arrival. Perfect accommodation. Very good location, easy parking. Pressed for time to explore the city, we only briefly crossed paths with Lucien but still had a nice chat. Thanks to him for the list of restaurants he was able to recommend to us. Our favorite: L'Aphrodite. We obviously recommend without any hesitation.

Lucien was a great host and the apartment was as well. I had my own space which was very clean and the location is very convient to get to downtown in about 20 min walk. Would definitely stay again!

Lucien is a great host. He's very attentive and communicative and patient. The place is tidy and cozy, and it has a great location in the city. The bed is super comfortable! I could sleep very well on the the comfy bed. All in all it was a great experience and fully recommended. I would stay here again.

Lucien is a really wonderful person, very helpful and kind. The apartment is well connected to the city center, clean and with all the amenities. He gave us lots of information about where to eat and what to do in the city. Highly recommendable.

Lucien was a great host, very friendly and gave me good recommendations for places to eat and how to get to different places. The house is in a quiet area and easy access to the city center by tram. The room is comfortable, with a private bathroom and no noise. He has a very nice and affectionate cat that made me feel at home. Highly recommended without a doubt!!
