Just a two-minute drive from footpaths and the town center, with all amenities nearby (supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, etc.). Ideal for 1 to 4 people, with 1 double bed (140cm) and 1 sofa bed for a comfortable stay! Just 1 min from freeway exit 45, we're ideally located for a break!

From the A20 freeway, take exit 45 and follow the signs for ESPARTIGNAC for 1km. The house will be in front of you at the first crossroads.
The property is equipped with a charging point for electric vehicles (22KW AC) and a petanque court.
