. Free wifi access. A basic kit is available. It includes: bed sheets and comforters, two towels per person, a few coffee capsules, a roll of toilet paper, tea, salt, pepper, olive oil.... I don't do restocking, but there are plenty of mini-markets in the area where you can do your shopping (some are open until midnight). You can rent extra towels and beach towels for 5€ on request. Paid parking in the street around the property and in numerous underground parking lots. There are streets with free parking further into town. My accommodation is a small two-room apartment of about 25m2. It sleeps 4 (a double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed). It's suitable for 4 adults who need a place to sleep and rest between two beaches or visits, but quickly becomes cramped for long days in it. As the apartment is on the ground floor, with an entrance from the street, the living room can be a little noisy during the day. As the bedroom is at the rear of the apartment, it is quieter and can be closed for the night. Please note that there are no windows in the bedroom. The apartment is on the ground floor of an old building in Nice. Parties and noise pollution are therefore forbidden in order to live in harmony with the neighbors.
