Arrivals are from 16H and departures before 10H. Smoking is not permitted inside the house; there are outdoor terraces for this purpose. Parties are allowed, but you can't make any noise outside after 9pm. Electricity is extra from 01/11 to 31/03. During this period we read the meter on your arrival and departure. You will pay before leaving. Please return the house in a clean and tidy condition, with the garbage cans emptied. When you arrive, we must make a copy of your identity papers to send to the SEF (Service des étrangers au frontières) in Portugal.
