Casa Tropical is a split-level 4-bedroom residence that features expansive terraces and organic design using natural materials that blend man-made elements with the natural world. The interior design takes cues from nature using minimalist materials like wood and stone.

The lower floor is designated for living spaces and includes a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar and dining area, and a living room with a plush sofa and large flat-screen TV. Imagine sitting in your living room with monumental window walls that blur the lines between indoors and outdoors revealing picturesque views of nature and allowing streams of light to flood in.

Sliding glass doors lead to the expansive terrace, which features two wood outdoor loveseats with cushions, a pair of sun loungers, an outdoor dining area that seats five, and a swimming pool. Two paperillo trees poke through the deck, maintaining an organic feel, which was preserved by the architect and incorporated into the home's design with the intention of integrating it with the surrounding landscape.

There is one bedroom on the lower floor that serves as a kids' bunk room with two sets of wooden bunk beds and a full bathroom. Next to it, there is an additional half bathroom. On the upper level, there are three bedrooms, which all lead to a shared terrace with spectacular views, and each has an en suite bathroom with a shower.

The master bedroom features a high vaulted ceiling, king-size bed, and a large flat-screen TV. There is one double bed and a single bed in the second bedroom, and a double bed in the third bedroom.
