Any person who is not listed in the occupation application has denied access to this building. **If you want to have a visit, you need to notify me first in order to register them. If you dont notify me, then visits wont be able to enter the property and you will get penalized. ** Visitors are not allowed to use the common areas. Only inside the condo. ** No more than 2 visitors allowed. ** Visitors are allowed only from 9:00am to 8:00pm. 2. Guests should not use the unit to alter the peace and quiet of this building or other owners, excessive noise is not tolerated of 9:00pm to 9:00am. ** Check in is at 3pm. If you arrived later than 3pm, you need to set a check in time with us in order to give you access to the property. ** Make sure you select the right number of people staying with you because price is set per person. 3. Smoking NOT allowed inside the unit. Only on balcony & terrace.
