No parties or receptions may be organized in the apartment. Access to the building and the apartment is restricted to guests and a maximum of 4 people. Guests booking stays longer than one week will receive a mandatory weekly extra cleaning service, included in the price. Lost electronic keys will be charged at 150rs per lost key. Bed linen and towels, if they have heavy stains that do not come out with the laundry procedure, will also be charged at 400rs (bed linen) and 200rs (for each towel).
