Second floor of a duplex (quiet, owner below) with a large, sunny rear balcony. The apartment is very bright. Grocery store, convenience store, restaurants, green spaces within walking distance. Free street parking (easy after hours). Ideal for short and medium-term stays. View of green courtyard and access to alley. Very quiet. 7 minutes by metro from Old Montreal and CHUM (university hospital) and UQAM (Université du Québec à Montréal), and 12 minutes by metro from McGill University and the heart of downtown.
