If your looking for a place to get away and chill this just might be the perfect choice. Nestled in the bucolic countryside of Middle Tennessee, with all the charm of a rustic home. Part of its charm is that it is rough around the edges, so please don’t expect a 5 star facility, it is very unique and historic, dating from the late 1700s. Located only 30 min to downtown Nashville, far enough for a perfect retreat, but close enough to experience all Nashville has to offer. Also historic Springfield is just down the road, it’s a great small town with lots of shops and local restaurants.
We’ve just finished renovating the kitchen, a massive year long effort that has yielded a great space with top line appliances all for you to use as you wish.
This room is offered as a second choice if bedroom one is occupied. It provides an attic like space on the second floor with its own newly renovated rustic style bathroom. You get to feel like you’re at your boyhood camp, only difference is you can fulfill your naked fantasy. It’s accessed through the living room, no exterior entrance, so it isn’t as private as the other room. The house is surrounded by 5 acres so clothing is optional outside as well where you can enjoy the hot tub on cold winter nights, and the pool and hot summer days as well as working on that tan. .
As a host I enjoy getting to know people from all over. We can interact as much or as little as you want, in whatever way you choose. I strive to create an open environment, where you are free to be as you choose. You get to use the whole house and hang out wherever you want in whatever way feels natural. This is a judgement free zone.

This is a truly special property. Brad has expertly renovated this 1800s home preserving the soul and history, while seamlessly incorporating modern comforts. The bedroom was cozy and beautifully appointed making it easy to settle in and unwind. The setting is peaceful and restorative, perfect for a quiet getaway, highlighted by evenings in the hot tub. A delightful retreat with plenty of charm and personality—a peaceful escape without feeling isolated

A very beautiful setting. The bedroom and bath 5 star. The hosts went out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Just a wonderful experience. Would rebook. The town was quaint and very friendly. This was worth the stay. The rustic property was just a thrill to see, you will enjoy this property.

I enjoyed a couple of days stay at Brad's rustic retreat. Very spacious and comfortable bedroom with the coolest shower! I was able to prep meals in the main kitchen of the house both nights I was there. I appreciated the hot tub after a long drive. The house is within easy drive of Clarksville and Springfield, both of which are worth exploring as well, of course, Nashville. If you are interested in old house construction this is the place for you!

Brad's place is great! Super cool architecture, amazing hot tub, and an easy drive into Nashville. Brad was understanding of my delayed arrival, and we spend some time getting to know each other. He's a great guy with lots of interesting stories! I hope to return to see the continued progress he makes with the home and surrounding area!

Just the best place. So comfortable, the hot tub is top tier, Brad is a great conversationalist and very chill and a great atmosphere to be in. The bed was super comfortable and I couldn't have asked for a better accommodation. Just wish I had more time!
