Yay!!! The pool is in and usable. If your looking for a free and open minded place to get away and chill this just might be the perfect choice. Nestled in the bucolic countryside of Middle Tennessee, with all the charm of a rustic home. Part of its charm is that it is rough around the edges, so please don’t expect a 5 star facility, but it is very unique and historic, dating from the late 1700s. Located only 30 min to downtown Nashville, far enough for a perfect retreat, but close enough to experience all Nashville has to offer. Also historic Springfield is just down the road, it’s a great small town with lots of shops and local restaurants.
We’ve also just finished renovating the kitchen, a massive year long effort that has yielded a great space with top line appliances all for you to use as you wish. Also please keep in mind that this home is a never ending project so we always have some sort of renovation project going. We try to keep disruptions to a minimum.
The property has two full baths. This bedroom is extra luxurious with a very cool bathroom and large rain shower, high end furnishings and private porch and exterior entrance. The room is in its own wing of the house so great for privacy. The home is surrounded by 5 acres so clothing is optional outside where you can enjoy the hot tub on cold winter nights, and the pool on hot summer days, as well as working in that tan.
As a host I enjoy getting to know people from all over. We can interact as much or as little as you want, you set the vibe, whatever it might be. I strive to create an open environment, where you are free to be as you choose.
There are a total of 2 bedrooms and a sofa so see other listings or rent the whole place. Just message me with any questions.

Brad was an amazing host, and his home is unbelievable. While it's a work in progress, Brad made sure we knew about all of the construction in his kitchen well before booking. The bedroom and shower was awesome!!!!! We will definitely return for another stay.

I had the most relaxing stay at Brad's Cabin in the woods. I left so inspired and recharged and I was only there for one night. It really is a special place and the fact that it's a work in progress shows the passion of a true creative madman. I loved the shared communal spirit of engaging with the other guests. My only regret is that I didn't stay longer.

Bard is an awesome host who goes put of his way to welcome guests to his beautiful country home! He makes it clear that it is a work in progress with projects ongoing but the finished Guest suite is immaculate, and his manifesting vision for the rest of the home is fantastic! I will stay here again anticipating great progress to this wonderful homestead

Abe and I had a great visit. Our visit proved to me more than we had anticipated. The amenities and upgrades added by Brad, really set it apart from others. If you are wondering, yes the shower and bath are as amazing as the reviews state. Brad is a great host, communicative and hospitable. We are looking forward to staying again to see the full vision realized.

This is a unique, charming and tranquil log cabin built in the1700s. It's a Gorgeous & secluded property w/ lots of tall mature trees; they only add to the natural experience. The owner is currently renovating & updating and much of the home is under construction. The guest quarters, living space and outdoor space were exceptional with the finest of fixtures and touches. Owner has done a great job making it modern but adding natural elements that fit the law cabin & he isfriendly and responsive.

Excellent stay with Brad! The house is very unique and is still work in progress, but the actual guest accommodations are absolutely superb - spacious and very comfortable. The shower is of course legendary! The surrounding area is gorgeous and very quiet. And the host is wonderful! All in all 10 stars of of 5 :)

I had a nice stay. As you can see from the pictures, it's a very unique home that I enjoyed very much. Very comfortable bed with a great bathroom attached. And I enjoyed the hot tub.
