The internet is reliable and fast, ideal for video calls. The bedroom also has air conditioning, a ceiling fan and a floor fan; bottled water and cold bottled water; its own frigobar and SmartTV with Netflix HD.
In the kitchen, inspired by the 60's, you will find everything you need to cook, delicious Mexican coffee.
It is a two-story shared house, downstairs is the suite and upstairs is my room.

- No music or loud noises are allowed.
- Keep the spaces you use clean and wash your dishes.
- Do not use the towels to clean the floor or as a mat, there are rags (mechudo/jerga) in the kitchen.
- If you smoke, use the ashtray (black boat) and smoke only outside.
- Keep the shower drain cover closed.
- Turn off lights and air conditioning when you are not there.
- Anything lost or broken will have a replacement cost, including keys.
