Our thick-walled, south-facing, well-insulated house with electric heating and fireplace awaits you all year round, whether you're looking to chill out in the great outdoors or enjoy a spot of fresh air with friends or loved ones.

It's superbly equipped with a Nordic bath with hot (or cool, as you wish) bubbles, a modern, well-equipped kitchen, a large terrace and also a garage, washing machine, tumble dryer, games, TV, music, internet...

You'll have 2 bedrooms with 140cm beds and a room for children or young (and light) adults, for a maximum of 7 people (please contact us before booking for more than 4 adults).

Meals by the fire or on the large shady terrace with friends? Stew or barbecue? A day's walking or a nap in the hammock? Cool river or hot bath... why choose?

We provide equipment for babies (2 cots, high chair, bathtub, changing mat) and older children (badminton, pétanque, tennis...) at no extra charge, as well as indoor games, local magazines... and expert advice if required.

As for the rest, it's up to you: you'll be at the foot of a vast network of roads and paths, forests and mountains, or in the vicinity of Massat, Aulus, Guzet, Seix, St-Girons, Foix and many more.

By car, on foot, by motorcycle, by bike, on horseback? Here you'll find the very best in base camps: enclosed garage and large 2,000 m2 plot... and expert advice!

Less than an hour's drive away: skiing, hiking, family outings, TT go-karts, mountain biking, cycling, horse, pony, donkey, rafting, paragliding, aviation, climbing, via ferrata, accrobranche, cave and castle visits, local produce tasting, gastronomy, picturesque fairs and markets, village festivals and major annual events, and I'm forgetting...

* Bed linen and towels provided * Full equipment available: washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, oven, raclette, etc. * HD TV and Chromecast, portable Bluetooth speaker: your music your radio your movies * Prices given in the calendar include water, electricity and wood. * Cleaning is provided by us and will cost 50€ for 2 nights, 70€ for more. * Dogs are welcome (fenced area), but we charge €30 per dog for the duration of your stay.

*** October to end of April: we realized that the outdoor spa was unfortunately very expensive when the weather wasn't so hot, and that our guests didn't always want to use it. So, rather than raising our prices and wasting electricity, I'd like to ask you : - to specify whether you wish to use the spa (if not, I won't turn it on in advance, but you can change your mind during your stay) - a supplement of €10/day to be paid on site if you confirm this
