House Rules -Please follow check in and check out instructions. -Do not cut food on the countertops. Please use the cutting boards provided instead. -Do not remove make up with the white towels in the unit. Use the make up wipes that are provided. -Do not burn candles, incense, or or any other open flames. -Do not use the fireplace. -Lock the door at ALL TIMES. We want you and your things to be safe. -No smoking, vaping or use of marijuana at anytime anywhere on the property. Smoking will result in an additional charge (listed below) -No illegal substances of any kind. -No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays, get-togethers, hang outs and the likes without the host's approval. -Do not have more guests (regardless of age) than stated in your reservation and no unapproved visitors. Any overnight visitors not on the reservation will be considered an additional guest for the reservation and will result in an additional guest fee (listed below). -No loud music or disturbances, especially noise past 10pm. -All guests are expected to clean up after themselves prior to departure: if you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back. -All guests are expected to load the dishwasher prior to departure. (do not start) -We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occurs while on the premises. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind. Shipping items that have been left behind will result in an additional handling charge (listed below). Items may be donated or disposed of at our discretion 5 days after your scheduled departure. ✔You agree to forfeit your right to leave a review if you violate any of the house rules ✔ ✔If we make a mistake you may be entitled to a partial or full refund depending on the extent of the mistake. We DO NOT refund service fees or taxes. ✔ ✔If you accept a refund, whether it be partial or full refund, you willingly forfeit your right to leave a review. If we fail service, you don't get to leave a bad review and receive a refund, you get to choose one or the other, not both. All refunds will be paid on the 14th day after check-out, after the review period has closed. We agree not to leave a review as well ✔ ✔Any reservations 21 days or more will have a mandatory bi-weekly cleaning.✔ ✔If cleaners find damage in the property or in any of the appliances/furniture during the bi-weekly cleaning, you are liable to pay for damages to continue the reservation, otherwise, we may ask you to leave without any refund. ✔ ✔✔ FEES ✔✔ ✔FEES, if incurred, must be paid within 1 hour of submission or reservation will be subject to termination with no refund. ✔ ✔FEES: A $50 handling fee must be paid prior to any request for our staff to return a lost item left in the unit. ✔FEES: Lost TV remote control will result in a $25 charge. ✔FEES: Unapproved Late Check Out fees: $75 for every 30 minutes past check-out. ✔FEES: Smoking of any kind will result in an additional $250 deodorization fee. ✔FEES: Undeclared/Unauthorized guests- $100
