No parties are allowed in the house or drug use under any circumstances.
Pets are allowed as long as the owner is responsible for any possible damage caused by the animal. The pet cannot be alone in the house. Always with its owner. The pet must be clean and the owner will make sure that it does not make noise, especially at sleeping time, so as not to disturb the neighbors. He will also take care of the dirt that the animal may produce. Ultimately, I will make the decision to accept or not a pet, advising before accepting or not the reservation of the room by the client.
