Smoking is not allowed inside the houses. Smoking is only allowed on the terrace. No parties are allowed in the house or drug use under any circumstances. Pets are allowed as long as the owner is responsible for any possible damage caused by the animal. The pet cannot be alone in the house. Always with its owner. The pet must be clean and the owner will make sure that it does not make noise, especially at sleeping time, so as not to disturb the neighbors. He will also take care of the dirt that the animal may produce. Ultimately, I will make the decision to accept or not a pet, advising before accepting or not the reservation of the room by the client.

The room is bright, the bed very comfortable. Also having a private bathroom is a great plus. Luis is a spectacular host. Very friendly, attentive and generous. I didn't miss anything. Highly recommended

Louis is very nice and friendly. He gave me tips for going out in the night and he welcomed me at his house despite my late arrival. The apartment was nice and my room was also nice with a very comfortable bed. I highly recommend it.

Luis Fernando is a very nice guy, friendly polite, well educated. Even his place a little away from downtown, the metro station is very close. His apartment is great, the bedroom is very comfortable with its own bathroom. I highly recommend his place. Gracias Luis

Luis Fernando's house is completely renovated and very comfortable and pleasant. Luis Fernando is an attentive and sociable host. I was very comfortable in his house. It's not in the center but it's very well connected and you can get to the center very quickly. Excellent value for money.

Luis Fernando was a great host. He was concerned at all times that we were well. The room is spacious and perfect for resting. The area is peaceful and is well connected to the city center by public transport.

Luis was a wonderful host! Very friendly and pleasant, he made my stay super easy and comfortable :) Plus, the room is awesome and the bed is so comfortable :) a 10! I recommend staying at his place!
