Quiet and confortable room in a nice and big appartment in the historic area (La Latina) of the capital of Spain, close to place with interest as El Rastro, Plaza Mayor, Palacio Real and Almudena Cathedral. The area is animated and quiet at same time, with a lot of bars, terraces, restaurants and tapas bars. It is the most beautiful area in Madrid, with parcs and theaters, markets and gardens. If you want to life in the real Madrid, this is the best options. My appartment, where i live, is lighted, big and confortable. I like the visitor feel like in his home and i like also show them interesting places to visit in this amazing city. In this house i live with my dog, a male labrador 8 years old: he is very lovely pet, relaxed and quiet.

Alfonso was an incredible host. He welcomed me in his beautiful and well located home with open arms. He was very flexible whenever something did not go as planned and he enriched my stay. Wonderful stay in Alfonso's place. Very warmful host. The place is located at La Latina, near Plaza Mayor and El Rastro. The neighbourhood is cozy with lots of restaurants and bars. Chueca is at walking distance (15 min.) passing by Plaza Mayor, Sol and Gran Via. I recommend this place
