**House Rule: Visitor Restrictions** To ensure the comfort and security of all guests, please note that only the individuals included in the booking are allowed on the premises. A maximum of one visitor is allowed, and he or she must leave by 9 PM. Any additional visitors or guests must be approved in advance. Unauthorized visitors are not permitted. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. **Hot Tub Usage Rules** 1. Operating Hours: The hot tub is available for use from 8 AM to 11 PM daily. 2. Pre-Use Shower: Please shower before using the hot tub to ensure cleanliness. 3. Daytime Attire: Daytime use of the hot tub requires proper swimwear; no nudity is allowed during the daytime. Please be advised that nudity in the hot tub is permitted only during the evening hours and must be confined to the designated hot tub and deck area. 4. Cover the Hot Tub: After using the hot tub, please securely replace the cover to maintain heat and cleanliness. 5. Clean Up: Take all your belongings and dispose of any trash properly after use. 6. Safety Rules: - No diving or jumping into the hot tub. - Avoid using the hot tub while under the influence of alcohol or drugs. - Children must be supervised at all times. - Do not use the hot tub if you have open wounds or skin infections. - Limit sessions to 20-30 minutes to avoid overheating. - Stay hydrated by drinking water. Tips: I perform maintenance on the hot tub every week to ensure the water is clean and balanced by checking the pH levels and sanitizer. But the hot tub is covered with a lid for an extended period sometime, it's normal for a slight odor to develop when you first open it. This is due to trapped moisture and chemicals in the water. To eliminate the smell, simply remove the cover and let the hot tub air out for a bit before use. Thank you for adhering to these rules to ensure a safe and pleasant experience for everyone.

Great stay at Jackie's place ⭐ Although our schedules didn't line up to meet in person, Jackie was friendly, responsive, and made everything easy with clear communication. The property is nestled in a beautiful wooded area, with a back deck that sits in the scenery. The garden and pond enhanced the peaceful setting, and the hot tub was perfect for a relaxing evening. The room and bathroom were clean, well-stocked, and the bed was very comfortable. The only thing that would've made it better is if I could've stayed longer. Would definitely stay here again!

Jackie's place is amazing. He was very communicative and responsive. The room was clean and any issues were addressed and fixed immediately. The sauna and hot tub are both amazing and it feels like you're in the forest when using them. The drive into Seattle isn't bad at all, either. I definitely recommend if you're looking for something relaxing but still accessible to the city.

What a great cozy nest! Easy access to the highways and lots of places to eat nearby. The hot tub was great and the backyard is beautiful

James was a fantastic host, always checking to make sure I had everything I needed. The room was very comfortable and the backyard with the hot tub was amazing. I enjoyed my weeklong relaxation time and looking forward to visiting again in the future!
