Two bedrooms with double bed, wardrobe and desk, located in a detached house. The living room as well as the kitchen and veranda (unheated), are shared spaces, ideal for getting to know my travelers. There's a small garden out front for outdoor meals. Ideal for sports enthusiasts, the house is located right next to the Coulée verte sports trail, and close to the Canal de la Marne. The property is located 3 km from the city center as the crow flies. The overall impression: countryside in the middle of the city!
