A small, decidedly quaint bathroom completes the apartment's amenities. Like most buildings in the old city, the apartment does not have an elevator. It is located on the 5th floor 90 steps from the street entrance, but the effort to reach it will be rewarded by the comfort and quietness of this beautiful little apartment.

In the very heart of the historic center, this apartment enjoys all the comforts of a modern home, located on the very central Via San Luca. Just a few meters from the city's most beautiful museums, and a few minutes walk from the most important city attractions. About 200 meters from the ancient port and the aquarium, very convenient to the cruise and ferry terminal. Only here can you experience the real life of the Genoese alleys.

The apartment was renovated in 2023, has air conditioning, soundproof windows, fiber optic wifi internet, induction cooktop, dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, espresso machine, kettle, microwave combo oven.

The living and sleeping area is equipped with smart TV with the most important streaming services enabled, and a good selection of international channels (German, French, English) and the various international versions of PLUTO TV services.

The apartment is located in the medieval area of the city, in a historic building from the 1600s. Located on the fifth floor ( 90 steps ) and as in most buildings in the area, an elevator is not available.

Personal advice is to reach the city by train, plane or bus. If you arrive by car, it should be considered that the entire historic center of Genoa is pedestrian, so you cannot drive under the house. I have entered into an agreement with a public parking lot located in the immediate vicinity, at a maximum cost of € 21.00 per day.

The apartment is at your complete disposal and for the exclusive use of you and your traveling companion(s).

If you arrive by train, the nearest station is Piazza Principe, which is just a 10-minute walk from the apartment.

If you arrive by Plane, a shuttle service called Volabus is available, which will take you directly to the city center in a few minutes. The stop to book is at Piazza De Ferrari / Via XX Settembre. From there, a pleasant walk through the alleys will take you to the apartment in just 10 minutes.

On the other hand, if you decide to arrive in Genoa by car, keep in mind that there is no access to the historic center, as it is a pedestrian zone. There is no free street parking except on Sundays and holidays.
