LOCATION The apartment is located right next to the heart of the city with its shopping streets, restaurants, bars and museums. As a lifelong resident, I'll be able to point you in the direction of the city's best restaurants, and show you the places I love. You can visit everything within walking distance: the Cathedral is 7 minutes away, Petite France 10 minutes, the train station 12 minutes, Les Halles 4 minutes and the Krutenau 15 minutes. Luxury boutiques are 300 meters away, including Hermès, Louis Vuitton, Galeries Lafayette, etc.

SHOPS Less than 100 meters away, on the same street, you'll find a Monoprix supermarket open from 7am to 10pm Monday to Saturday and from 9am to 12:45pm on Sundays. There's also a bank, tobacconist, restaurants, bars, bakery and pharmacy.

TRANSPORT The apartment is a 6-minute walk from a streetcar stop (which is the city's main hub. It takes 4min to the TGV station (2 stops), 5min to the Neustadt district (3 stops), 5min to the Civil Hospital (2 stops), 8min to the Museum of Modern Art (3 stops), 8min to the Esplanade Faculties and Universities (4 stops), 18min to the European Parliament (5 stops), 17min to the Council of Europe (7 stops) and 25min to the German city of Kehl (11 stops).

If you're traveling by car, there's a private parking space 2min walk from the apartment, included in the rental price! (Excluding 4x4)

THE APARTMENT Stay and relax in an apartment with top-of-the-range amenities reminiscent of the area's history. You'll be seduced by the modern, fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, where you can cook up some tasty treats if you wish. It features a dishwasher, induction hob with hood, fridge and freezer, and oven. To enhance your stay, a Nespresso coffee maker Nespresso coffee machine (with pods at your disposal), kettle, toaster and all crockery and cutlery is available (plates, glasses, cutlery, accessories). The basic necessities are supplied: salt, pepper, sugar, tea, coffee. It opens onto a dining area with a 6-person marble dining table, a living room with a convertible sofa (with a real 2-seater mattress) and a Samsung The Frame 4K TV. The apartment also has two bedrooms, each with a different atmosphere and alchemy. They are equipped with brand-new, comfortable 140x190 top-of-the-range bedding. Finally, there's a modern bathroom with a large shower, elegant vanity unit and wall-hung toilet. There's everything you need to feel at home (bath towel, hairdryer, heated towel rail).

For your convenience, it's equipped with a high-speed fiber-optic internet box.

Pets are not allowed for reasons of hygiene and allergies.
