A CHARMING TWO ROOM apartment next to the gay-friendly Place Garibaldi and Place du Pin, the apartment is ideal for getting lost in the picturesque streets of Vieux Nice, or exploring the Port district. On the top floor, very bright, combining the charm of Art Nouveau balustrades dating from 1899, original wood and more modern elements, you'll appreciate the calm of this apartment, and the space it offers.

The apartment is on the 5th floor WITHOUT an elevator, but this means it's very quiet at night (no neighbors above) and the view is relatively unobstructed.

Streetcar in front of the building (Garibaldi stop). Numerous shops. Port 10 minutes' walk. Old Nice 1 min. walk. Promenade des Anglais and beaches 10-15 minutes on foot. SNCF train station (direction Cannes, Antibes, Marseille, Paris) 10 minutes by streetcar.

Numerous bars, restaurants and even a sex club within walking distance. Shops right next to the building: bakery, supermarkets and more.
