Beautiful holiday home in the middle of the picturesque Istrian landscape with a large pool area.

The house was newly built in 2010, renewed in 2016 and has enough space for several families or groups of friends who want to spend the vacation together. It is new and modernly furnished and the comprehensive facilities offer the comfort you need for your vacation. The ground floor houses a large kitchen, living room and 2 bedrooms, one of which is suitable for the disabled (wheelchair accessible, with an electric nursing bed, if desired, which we provide free of charge). On the first floor there are 6 more double rooms and an additional single room. Each bedroom with bathroom (shower/toilet), one with a corner bathtub, offers pure luxury. On the beautifully landscaped and enclosed property, a 36sqm swimming pool with an outdoor shower invites you to cool off. There is also a large 5 sqm cooling cell available on the terrace so that you have enough space to cool your drinks and food. There is also a stone grill in the garden where you can prepare delicious dishes on the grill and enjoy them in a relaxing atmosphere and natural surroundings. The house is a good starting point for trips to the well-known tourist destinations of Istria: Rabac, Pula, Rovinj and Porec. The whole of Istria can be explored within a 25-minute drive. Near the villa there are numerous family farms and households offering authentic dishes and experiences.
