Charming apartment in Saint-Ouen

Welcome to my charming and spacious 70 m2 apartment, fully equipped for your comfort and pleasure!

Located close to the world-renowned Puces de Saint-Ouen flea market, my apartment offers a privileged location just 1.5 km from Paris and close to 2 metro lines, providing easy access to all major tourist attractions.

Accommodation: - a large, bright double living/dining room, - one bedroom (Queen Size bed), - separate, fully-equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, electric hob, dishwasher, coffee machine, etc.), - bathroom with WC (washing machine)

I took great care in decorating the apartment, which is 90% second-hand furniture, with particular attention to detail. I found a lot of furniture at the Puces de Saint-Ouen flea market and at flea markets in the Paris region.

My apartment is the ideal base from which to explore all that Paris has to offer, with quick and easy access to the Champs-Élysées, the Eiffel Tower, Montmartre, the Louvre Museum, Galeries Lafayette and more.

It's also less than 15 minutes from many of the venues dedicated to the 2024 Olympic Games: Stade de France, Arena La Chapelle, Olympic Village, Le Centre Aquatique, Ile des Vannes, Stade Bauer.

Please note that although my apartment offers a second-floor location, it does not have an elevator and is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Towels are not provided.
