I'm delighted to welcome you to my home, but here are a few rules to follow to make sure everything goes smoothly :) 1. Respect for neighbors: Please avoid excessive noise between 9pm and 7am. If you need help, please contact the owner or the concierge, do not disturb the neighbors. 2. No smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. Ashtrays are available outside. 3. No parties: Noisy parties and events are strictly forbidden. 4. No pets: Pets are not permitted. 5. Number of guests : The number of tenants must correspond to the reservation. 6. Liability for damage: Tenants are responsible for any damage occurring during their stay and must inform the owner immediately. 7. Maintenance: Keep the apartment clean and in the condition in which you found it. Please dispose of garbage in the outside garbage can. 8. Departure: Departure must be before 11am, unless otherwise agreed. 9. Use of equipment : Equipment must be used in accordance with its normal purpose. 10. Emergencies: In the event of an emergency, contact the owner, concierge or emergency services. 11. Eco-responsibility: Use water and electricity responsibly. Turn off all electrical appliances and lights when leaving the apartment. 12. Parking: As indicated in the advertisement or you can use your own.
