Fully furnished apartment with 2 bedrooms, one of which is en-suite, living and dining rooms, kitchen, 2 full bathrooms and a balcony that runs the length of the property. High floor. Access will be granted directly by the host or by a person designated by the host. Access tags to the condominium and the apartment itself (electronic lock) will be provided at check-in. Parking badges and remote garage access control will also be provided, if applicable. When checking in, the person responsible for the rental must present original or electronic ID. All the rules and regulations of the Condominium must be respected and followed to the letter. Information on conduct and rules is available and visible in all common areas. Any fines or penalties imposed for breach of the rules by the tenant will be charged in full, without exception.
